Send your full name, full postal address, phone number and email along with it, and we'll handle everything from there. Got a printer? Use the shipping form linked below and pop it in with your device; if not, a slip of paper with your details works just as well. Once your media has been diagnosed, we'll be in touch with the results.
Send it to us using a tracked, fully insured service. Wrap it well, tuck your contact details inside the parcel — name, postal address, phone and email — and leave the rest to us. As soon as the media has been through diagnostics, we'll be in touch to talk you through what we found.
