If you are posting the file to us send the file via a suitable postage service along with your Contact Details (Name, Address & Phone Number). We recommend Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. The average costs are £3.25 via this delivery method and the contents are fully insured. Send from anywhere within the UK and we will receive it the next morning guaranteed.

Stage Two

Our Diagnosis will confirm the level of data capture/recovery that we can attain from your Word file, we will then contact you ASAP to determine what data you want recovered.

Stage Three

We will then recover the data you want and send the contents to you via CD-ROM, DVD or Email.

Stage Four
