We have 3 service levels, Critical, Express and Standard.

Critical Service:

Our premium recovery service. Recovery Engineers will work around the clock, 24 x 7 to recover your data. Average time is 24 hours.

Express Service:

Our mid-range recovery service. Recovery Engineers will work during business hours to recover your data. Average time is 1-2 days.

Standard Service:

This is our normal recovery service where cases are assigned on a 'first come - first served' basis. Average time is 2-4 days.
