Send us your Laptop Hard Drive to our postal address; details are below and on our contact page. Send the Laptop Hard Drive via a suitable postage service along with your Contact Details (Name, Address, Phone Number & Email Address). We recommend Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. The average costs are £5 via this delivery method and the contents are fully insured up to a value of £500. Send from anywhere within the UK and we will receive it the next morning guaranteed.

Stage Two

Our Diagnosis will confirm the level of data capture/recovery that we can attain from your laptop drive, we will then contact you ASAP to determine what data you want recovered from our Laptop Recovery Service.

Stage Three

We will then recover the data you want and copy the contents onto CD-ROM, DVD or another Hard Drive. Also via special request we can rebuild your hard drive with your chosen operating system and your recovered data.

Stage Four

We send the recovered data back to you via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. We aim to send the recovered data back to you within 24/48 hours.
