Costs £500+vat for a standard Compaq Raid Server recovery on a standard server system. This is our standard data recovery service where cases are assigned are queued i order of priority. There is a free upgrade on this service to our express service so instead of waiting 4-6 days recovery will be completed in 2-3 days and recovery service is completed on a No Fix No Fee basis.
2) Express Data Recovery Service:
Our mid-range service. We will work during business hours to recover your data. Average time is 2 - 3 days and recovery service is completed on a No Fix No Fee basis.
3) Premium Data Recovery Service:
Our quickest service and used by clients that need their data back within a very short time-frame. We will work around the clock - 24 hours per day to recover your data. Average time to complete a data recovery job is 24 hours but depends on fault of hard disk.

Common Raid System Failure Scenarios:
One disk fails in Raid System, the Raid Array is running in degraded mode. Damaged disk is replaced, system starts rebuild and stops mid-way through process. Raid system will not boot.
Single raid controller. This raid controller can fail. Clients try replacing raid card but system does not boot.
Server was hot by a power surge, the controller or hard disks can fail is this happens. A power failure can also result in the Raid System having to reboot and as a result lose its Raid Settings.
Replacing a faulty raid disk in an attempt to rebuild the raid volume to healthy state, wrong procedures are ofter performed resulting in wrong or partial rebuild, or a complete raid system breakdown upon completion of rebuild.
